Log onto, select the bathroom product of your choice. Simply click on add to cart button, then proceed to checkout, choose the payment method of your choice and then simply relax, batharrow will take care of the rest.

Simply click on forgot password on my account page. We will automatically send a new password to your registerd email address.

I Can’t Find My Products?

All of the products of your choice could simply be found in “cart” or you could simply log onto your account and see all of your current as well as previous purchases.

Which Payment Types Do You Accept?

We at batharrow accept payment in most of the feasible forms. Some very common modes of payment at are online payment via payment gateways or online wallets, for the convineance of customer we also accept COD cash on delievery.

Can I Store More Than One Payment Method?

Yes, you can store multiple payment methods.

NOTE: Batharrow does not store some payment credentials like cvv due to security reasons.

How can i claim for warranty of the product?

You can claim your product warranty by simply contacting customer care of that particular company. Customer care number and website could be found on warranty card of the product. You also need to preserve the bill of product for hassle free warranty claims.

What Payment Methods Can Be Stored?

Credit cards credentials except cvv of VISAmastercardRuPay.

Debit cards credentials except cvv of all the major banks i.e. sbiPNBAxis BankICICI Bank, etc.

Bhim upi id except password.

Is It Possible To Upgrade My Purchases?

Yes you can ugrade your product before checking out, simply add the product of your choice to the cart and proceed to check out.

How to Buy A Product With Existing Account?

Either log onto your batharrow account in the start or simply add the produts of your choice to the cart and then while checking out simply log onto your account.

Where Do I See My Purchase(s)?

Simply go to my account tab in the menu and enter your login credentials. All of your purchases will be visible then.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order  by logging onto your account and going to my orders.


NOTE: You can opt for cancelling your order while it is under processing and still not out for deleivery.

How can i return a product?

You can simply return the product by logging into your account and opting for product return from your recent orders.
